Boat Services

Our shop is primarily focused around fiberglass and cosmetic gelcoat repair, however we regularly perform a wide variety of watercraft repair and restoration tasks. The following is a list of some of the services we offer to help keep your boat ship shape.

Please note: Due to an abundance of repair work in our shop, we are not currently taking wash / buff  & wax or detailing jobs.


Gelcoat Color Restoration 
     Faded surface wet sand / compound / polish of oxidized chalky gelcoat.
Cosmetic Gelcoat Repairs
     Scratches, stress cracks, gouges, etc. in solid colors and metallic flake/clear coat.

 Osmotic Blistering Repair
     Repair and refinishing of damage due to blistering.

 Fiberglass Laminate Repairs
     Repair of damage such as cracks, fractures, and smaller holes

Structural Fiberglass Repair
     Transoms, Floors, Stringers, Bulkheads

 Wood Refinishing
     Repair, prep, and refinishing of wood members such as swim platforms and teak trim.
Accessory Painting
     Prep and coating of painted parts such as windshield frames and deck accessories.
 
Interior Carpeting
     Removal and replacement of marine grade carpeting. Floor repair / replacement.
 
Rigging of Accessories
     Install / replacement / set-up of sonar-GPS units, trolling motors, chargers, pumps, shallow water anchors, steering systems, jackplates, propellers, etc. We also can do some troubleshooting when these items have issues.

Basic Engine Maintenance
     We can help with routine maintenance items like oil / fluid changes, filter replacement,  winterizing, waterpump impeller kits, and things of this nature. However, engine trouble shooting / diagnostics, performance mods, and engine repairs should be done by a mechanic certified with your engine manufacturer. While we do have to remove and install engines and drive systems to faciltate other boat repairs, working on motors is not the focus of our shop.
